A reminder that our first public lecture of the 2025/26 winter series will be this coming Monday 27th October at 7pm in the Council Chambers, Sandwick Road. Our guest speaker will be Andrew Sim, former consultant surgeon, who will be talking about his life and career in the Western Isles. The talk is entitled ‘A Knotter’s Tale – A Surgical Journey to Stornoway’. Doors open at 6.30pm. Donations taken at the door. All welcome.
